We had a last-minute change in our plans, and Elit was very welcoming. Despite the lack of snow and the hotel being mostly empty during our stay, the natural surroundings were beautiful. Although the hotel didn't offer breakfast, they arranged for us to have breakfast at a nearby hotel, which was great. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. the apartments were conveniently located near the ski center, and the free shuttle service made it easy to access all areas. the wifi was excellent, allowing us to stream TV in the evenings. The service under the new management exceeded our expectations, and we are already planning to return next season. Cons: Nothing bad to say. 🌟.

Bed was exceptionally comfortable and I loved it. Having a handy kitchenette was a bonus.

The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and offer amazing views. The location is perfect, being adjacent to the beautiful Rhodope mountains, a supermarket, and surrounded by pine trees. The staff were excellent and patient throughout my stay.

The accommodation was pleasant and lovely close to the forest and local supermarket. Had amiable staff despite the efforts of the staff. Its location was incredible: just a pleasant stroll away from a popular ski resort.

Loved the free shuttle service to the ski center, great for lazy skiers like me. Also, the on-site restaurant was a nice touch - nothing better than being able to roll out of bed and stumble into breakfast.

Who needs a fitness center when you have tents and a barbecue area?

Exceptionally comfortable bed, large room with interesting skylight, daily cleaning and towel changes, helpful staff provided hair dryer on request, delicious and plentiful breakfast options.

I always choose this place for my stay because it has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, comfy rooms, and a helpful staff. Perfect for hiking, skiing, and family fun. The welcome drinks and game room make it even better. Coming back for Christmas!

Fantastic service and great location. the manager was always available and on hand to answer questions and provide transportation. Walkable to ski centre and local supermarket. the staff were friendly and accommodating, quickly sorting out any issues. Complimentary ski shuttle was a great bonus.

Limited pots and pans for cooking, not enough crockery available upon arrival. Some inconveniences with apartment door and TV screen.

Our stay at Elit was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make our ski trip enjoyable. They provided free transfers to and from the ski area, recommended great restaurants with free transfers, and even helped us with ski equipment hire. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was complete and tasty. The hotel also had amenities like a pool table, ping-pong table, and playground for kids. The free Wi-Fi and indoor parking were also a plus. I highly recommend this hotel for a great ski vacation.

Always choose Elit Pamporovo Apartments for my stay. No regrets! Helpful staff gave directions for dining. Perfect place with Free Wi-Fi, Kitchen utensils, Flat-screen TV, Ski storage. Coming back for Xmas! So many amenities: Spa, Game room, Pets allowed, No smoking. Love it here!
